As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts.

Position Summary

The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing a high-performing sales team, developing sales strategies, and overseeing marketing initiatives. This leadership role will play a critical part in shaping Visionmakers Internationals market presence, expanding our customer base, and ensuring the successful execution of sales targets. He / She also directly sells and manages their own portfolio of high-end customers and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and create plans to pursue them.
• Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
• Developing relationships with Architectural Firms and other Industry Leaders
