$75,000 - $200,000 at plan earnings

To Join Our Team, You Must

• Sell 3-6 homes per month
• Desire to be successful and self-motivated
• Have a strong work ethic
• Be a team-minded individual
• Self-driven, outside-the-box thinker
• Have the willingness to serve others
• Be committed to the self-development of skills
• Follow company policies
• Be client experience-focused
• Be dependable and available to take 3-5 new appointments per week
• Meet with prospects in Austin and the surrounding areas
• Secure representation agreements and help clients throughout the buying process
• Weekend, Holidays, and evening hours required
• Be committed to practicing as a real estate professional full-time
• Willingness and desire to help participate in community give-back initiatives
