Front of House Night Manager
A manager at Chick-fil-A Matteson has the responsibility for leading daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. The person applying for this position must have excellent communication skills. Previous management / leadership experience is a must. You must be a minimum age of 18+ years old for this job. Starting pay is $21 / hour and can expect to work 40-45 hours / week.

Own different restaurant functions : Food Safety, Throughput, Food Quality, etc.

Minimum 18+ years old
Have a proven track record of developing leaders
Minimum of 1+ years of leadership experience managing teams, executing business plans, balancing food and labor costs
Experience with developing talent, coaching, performance conversations, and progressive discipline
Minimum of 1+ years' experience in the quick service, hospitality, and customer care industry

Must be willing and equipped to work outside
Must be available to work a minimum of 5 days including Friday and Saturday, minimum of 40 hours a week to full-time
Work up to forty hours + overtime (if needed) per week in the restaurant
Allocate at least two hours per week to planning
Focus on systematically and effectively communicating store goals and important info to Team Members

Effectively coach and give direction,
Intentionally and methodically grow and nurture relationships with the staff

Inventory management
End-of-Month counts and input
Maintaining accurate transfer logs
Effective & efficient ordering
Maintaining a LEAN production environment
Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all kitchen and (or) Team Members
Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and facilities
Ensure all necessary preventative maintenance and cleaning on set schedule.
