Cardiology Physician

Job Description

We are seeking a Cardiologist to provide hospital coverage, including inpatient rounding, consults, and imaging interpretation. This position includes a mix of in-house hospital duties and off-site call coverage.

Position Highlights :

• Inpatient rounding, consults, image interpretation, TEEs, occasional cardioversions, and proctoring stress tests
• EMR : Epic and Cerner Powerchart
• Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM clinic, followed by 5 PM 8 AM weeknight call
• 24-hour call Saturday Sunday (8 AM 8 AM)
• 1 2 weeks / month for clinic & call or 24-hour weekend call
• In-house / telephone, 30-minute response time
• Collaboration with support staff, including a PA-C available most mornings
• 3 10 patients per day, 5 6 new consults daily
