We are seeking experienced pre-sales professionals with a successful track record in helping large enterprises become more data-driven. Working alongside the Account Executive (AE), the Retail and CPG SA will define and lead the technical strategy for our key accounts, promoting wider adoption of our products and ML & AI solutions. You should leverage your background in value selling, technical account management, and leadership to maximize success. You will collaborate with a team that includes hands-on resources for proofs of concept and demonstrations, but must also be technically proficient and understand the application of ML & AI in retail and CPG use cases.

The Impact You Will Have

• Serve as the main technical contact for 1-5 clients, representing Databricks.
• Guide customers through transformation, helping evaluate and adopt Databricks solutions.
• Implement technical strategies aligned with client goals.
• Foster technical champions within client organizations.
• Align technical strategies with Databricks solutions.
• Mentor team members to develop their skills.

Additional Information
