Director of Business Development

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development (Select Employer Groups) and Financial Education.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Select Employer Group and Financial Education teams to achieve departmental goals

Drive business development by soliciting new business from existing and potential SEGs and managing the sales pipeline

Collaborate with the Financial Education Manager to design and implement financial education programs and strategies

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of sales or related experience

5 years of experience in business services and / or financial services preferred

5 years of leadership experience managing medium to large teams

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred

Prominent knowledge of business development and financial education trends
