Systems Analyst Manager

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Manager - Systems Analyst to lead a team of technical analysts in supporting, configuring, and optimizing Guidewire applications. This role requires a strong technical background in Guidewire Insurance Suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) and expertise in system integrations, and configurations. The ideal candidate will have a mix of leadership experience and hands-on technical skills to ensure the smooth functioning of Guidewire applications within our IT ecosystem.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Guidewire Technical System Analysts, ensuring technical excellence and professional growth.
• Assign and oversee system analysis, configuration, and integration tasks.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and IT leadership to align Guidewire capabilities with business needs.

Salary : Starting at $130,000 annually. Candidate's skills, experience and abilities will be taken into consideration for final offer.
