Work Overview

Under the direction of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Case Manager / Intern provides clinical skills, instruction, and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct therapy if needed
  • Support BCBA with supervision of clients and staff and client programs
  • Implement training / shadowing
  • Provide feedback during supervisions
  • Cross-train all clients
  • Schedule, assist or conduct parent interviews
  • Review client data and make adjustments if needed

  • Requirements

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Must be in / or completed Master's progam in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both with families and interdisciplinary team members
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
