A Metropolitan WA clinic requires a Specialist in Psychiatry for an ASAP start!

You will conduct structured psychiatric telehealth consultations for veterans, including :

Initial Consultations (10–30 mins) : Screening sessions to determine potential service-related conditions and referral for comprehensive assessment.

Comprehensive Assessments (approx. 2 hrs) : Detailed evaluations requested by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) or advocates, with evidence-based reports prepared in line with DVA standards.

All psychiatrists receive training on reporting standards and induction on the clinic’s booking system to ensure smooth integration.

Remuneration :

Initial Consultations : $250–$500 per hour (based on experience)

Comprehensive DVA Assessments : $1,500–$2,500 per completed report (based on experience)

Full Day Rates : Negotiable for multiple appointments or assessments.
