GENERAL LABORER - Roll Change Department (Night Shift)

FRANKLIN INDUSTRIES is looking for hard-working, hands-on employees to fill vacancies in our Roll Change Department. The General Laborer will support Franklin Industries in various ways. Please note : this is a night shift position (hours specified below).

On-the-job training is available but previous experience in a manufacturing environment, mechanical skills / aptitude, and / or experience in assembly is preferred.

EXPECTED HOURS - Between 40 and 58 per week

TYPICAL SCHEDULE

STARTING PAY - Typically $16.00 / hour (OT is paid at 1.5x pay after 40 hours). New employees are eligible for merit raises and more cross training opportunities after passing their 90-day probationary period.
