Employment Type : Part time - Weekdays 3 : 30pm-8 : 30pm

Reports To : Director of Practice Operations

Job Summary : The Arc Mercer is seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental HealthTherapist to join our healthcare center team. This position will provide essential clinical services to individuals with special needs in the Greater Mercer County area. As part of a multidisciplinary team you will work alongside experienced physicians psychiatrists nurse practitioners and licensed counselors to deliver high-quality care to clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments developing personalized treatment plans providing individual and group therapy and collaborating with a team to ensure effective client progress.
