Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive and efficient care in a high-volume, fast-paced emergency department. The RN will assess, triage, and manage patients of all ages, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based care.

Requirements :

  • Active RN license (Maryland or Compact State)
  • Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI (required)
  • 2 years of recent ED experience preferred (will consider
  • First-time travelers accepted

    • Unit Details :

  • Average Daily Census : ~130
  • Number of Beds : 47
  • Nurse-to-Patient Ratio : 1 : 4
  • Patient Population : All age groups — infants through geriatrics
  • Not a trauma center

    • Schedule & Expectations :

  • Shift : 07 : 00 AM – 07 : 30 PM, 36 or 48 hours per week
  • Weekends : Every other weekend required
  • Holidays : As scheduled
  • Floating : Within specialty as needed
  • On-Call : Not required
  • Start Date : November 3, 2025, or ASAP
