We’re on the lookout for an energetic, hospitality-focused Assistant General Manager to help lead a vibrant, fast-paced brunch concept right in the heart of Charleston, SC . If you love building strong teams, delivering unforgettable guest experiences, and working in a daytime-only operation, this could be your perfect fit.
This full-time role in Charleston, SC offers a base salary of $55,000–$65,000 , bonus potential , and full benefits —plus the best perk of all : NO NIGHT SHIFTS .
What You’ll Do :
- Support all aspects of daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead and motivate a passionate FOH team, focusing on training, culture, and consistency
- Partner with the General Manager to drive performance and maintain high standards
- Deliver top-notch guest experiences in a lively, upbeat brunch environment
- Be a key leader in creating the welcoming, community-focused vibe Charleston, SC is known for
