We are seeking a Sous Chef for our Princeton location!
Fine dining / upscale dining experience is a plus
Sous Chef Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
- Collaborate with Executive Chef to create new menu items based on the company culture
- Assist in the development of the staff
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
