Position Overview

Obra Real Estate is seeking a Summer Analyst for a 10-week program located full-time in our Chicago office. This opportunity is designed for rising seniors who are eager to gain hands-on experience in asset management. The program requires analysts to be in the office 5 days a week and will provide comprehensive exposure to our operations, including underwriting, servicing, and asset management

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or Mathematics from a top university with an expected graduation date of Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
• Top Academic Performance (Minimum 3.75 GPA)
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• You have the drive to take on challenges and continually improve processes.
• You can effectively translate complex subjects for internal management and third parties, such as borrowers, brokers, and outside counsel.
• You work well with others toward common goals and adapt to changing priorities through planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• You are passionate about growing your skill set and gaining real-world experience in asset management.
• You have completed at least one relevant internship in commercial real estate or finance.

Responsibilities

This position will be a 10-week program starting on June 1st. This will require the individual to be in-office 5 days per week. The compensation for this role is $35 per hour.
