  • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Vice President, Disease Area Franchise Head, Clinical Development to lead and oversee the global clinical development strategy for multiple molecules within the assigned disease area, with a focus on RAS-addicted cancers. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the strategy, priorities, and interpretation of clinical study results, and will serve as a primary interface with regulatory authorities, key opinion leaders, and external experts. This role requires a tireless commitment to the development of novel targeted therapies and the eventual commercialization of these innovative treatments. The VP will also be tasked with mentoring and developing talent within their teams, ensuring adherence to GCP, ICH, and FDA / EMA guidelines, and driving the clinical vision to integrate translational science, regulatory pathways, and commercial readiness. Applicants must have an MD, PhD, or equivalent advanced biomedical degree with at least 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including a strong background in oncology clinical development. The role demands extensive experience in solid tumors, the ability to rapidly build and apply disease-area knowledge, and a proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and external stakeholders. Experience in biomarker-driven trial design, precision medicine, and organizational scaling is preferred, as is a background in commercialization lifecycle and global health authority interactions.
