Job description

The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent field service and be the frontline service contact for our external customers.Must have experience with automated machinery

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a trained staff to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the key liaison to sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
  • Lead regional service technicians in providing Best-In-Class services to customers
  • Utilize a combination of management controls, including site visits, quality audits, customer surveys and service KPI metrics
  • Must have strong electrical (PLC) and strong mechanical skills
  • Must be able to hire and lead field technicians
  • Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management
  • Have responsibility for The West Coast

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' of experience either in technical support or management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be available for travel
  • Company is growing. Would like to add up to 10 new Techs in this West Coast
