Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a trained staff to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the key liaison to sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
- Lead regional service technicians in providing Best-In-Class services to customers
- Utilize a combination of management controls, including site visits, quality audits, customer surveys and service KPI metrics
- Must have strong electrical (PLC) and strong mechanical skills
- Must be able to hire and lead field technicians
- Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management
- Have responsibility for The West Coast

Associate's degree or equivalent experience3+ years' of experience either in technical support or managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be available for travelCompany is growing. Would like to add up to 10 new Techs in this West Coast
