About the Role

In this role, you’ll bring our brand to life through compelling designs, strategic marketing campaigns, and effective communication. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging visual content and execute marketing strategies that drive results.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop high-quality designs for digital and print platforms using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Support marketing efforts through content creation, social media management, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

Manage and update company websites, ensuring brand consistency and strong user experience.

Create assets for campaigns across channels, including brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and email newsletters.

Collaborate with internal teams to align design and messaging with business goals.

Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.

Maintain project timelines while balancing multiple priorities.

We are searching for a creative strategist with a strong eye for design and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications :

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop); Canva experience required.

Strong background in digital marketing : social media, email campaigns, SEO, SEM.

Experience with Constant Contact or similar marketing automation tools.

Familiarity with WordPress for website management; HTML / CSS knowledge preferred.

Excellent communication skills — both visual and written.

Experience collaborating with diverse teams and adapting creative work to meet business needs.

Strong organizational and project management skills; experience with tools like Teams, Asana, or Trello.

Bonus : Experience with AutoCAD, 3D Visualization, and Revit.

Compensation & Hours :

Full-Time : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Occasional Saturday shift : 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM
