Northeast Power Dry is hiring a Mold Sales Consultant for a full-time position!

Remote - Dispatched from home ! Urgently hiring a Mold Sales Consultant, you will determine the scope of work and provide estimates to homeowners in their times of need. Our customer service team pre-screens, pre-qualifies and sets up appointments with customers for the Mold Sales Consultant with the help of our dispatch department. No cold calling — this is a hot-lead, one-call close opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)
  • Work remotely to meet with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates for mold jobs
  • Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need
  • Execute top-notch customer service as a Sales Operation Manager
  • Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job
  • Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
  • Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs
  • Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner
  • Qualifications

  • Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems
  • Basic Math knowledge
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
