Job descriptionHandle a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement. Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation. Appear in court and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Work directly with clients to ensure high-quality representation and communication. Evaluate case value and negotiate favorable settlements. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar. Minimum of 10 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation. Extensive trial and courtroom experience in NJ Superior Courts. Strong negotiation skills and ability to independently manage a high-value caseload. Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Client-focused with a strong commitment to justice and results. $125,000+ base salary (commensurate with experience) Medical, dental, and vision insurance offered 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and holidays Continuing legal education (CLE) support Collaborative work environment with growth opportunities
