SUMMARY :

In support of the Philanthropy and Engagement Division, this position manages the full life-cycle of restricted funds enabling development and supporting stewardship functions within the division.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Restricted Funds : Effectively implement and administer information tracking via Raiser’s Edge and document management processes for restricted funds management; enabling the cultivation, solicitation, stewarding and recognition of the university’s generous benefactors.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

PREFERRED EDUCATION / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :

Master’s degree preferred. Working knowledge of university procurement policies. Experience with Raiser’s Edge including query, export and gift processing. Experience with FRS module within the TAMUS Canopy system and TAMUS Endowment reporting system is preferred.
