This role offers the opportunity to lead platform and developer experience teams focused on enabling engineers to ship high-quality software efficiently and at scale. You will define roadmaps for internal platforms and developer tooling, including build / test systems, CI / CD pipelines, environments, and workflows, while collaborating across engineering, product, and operations teams. The position emphasizes improving developer productivity, measuring efficiency gains, and implementing scalable platform solutions. You will mentor and coach engineers and technical leads, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure operational excellence across critical platform services. This role is ideal for someone passionate about both technical leadership and empowering teams to achieve measurable impact.

Accountabilities :

• Lead teams responsible for building and evolving internal platforms and developer tooling to optimize productivity and time-to-value.
• Define roadmaps, prioritize investments, and manage resources for critical platform areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering Operations, Security, DevOps, Product, and Design to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Establish and track developer efficiency metrics (e.g., build / test times, CI / CD lead time, deployment frequency) to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Ensure operational excellence through robust observability, SLOs, and incident management practices.
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineers and technical leads, providing feedback and fostering an inclusive, high-accountability culture.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, adjusting messaging from strategy to technical deep dives.
