Setting : LDRP – Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum

Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse Contract

Start Date : 11 / 21 / 2025 (flexible : 12 / 01 or 12 / 08)

End Date : 02 / 14 / 2026

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1880 - $2020

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State

Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Labor & Delivery or LDRP nursing jobs

BLS certification required

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

L&D RN Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages

Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition

Assist physicians and midwives during labor and delivery procedures

Educate and support patients and families regarding childbirth, postpartum care, and newborn care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
