Requirements
Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.Previous sales experience preferred but not required — training and mentorship provided.Reliable internet connection , computer / laptop , and mobile phone for remote work.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.Strong desire to learn, grow, and achieve financial goals.Ability to manage leads, follow up professionally, and close sales effectively.Positive attitude, integrity, and commitment to helping clients achieve financial well-being.Benefits

Requirements
Proven experience in a client-facing role or as an account representative, preferably in the insurance industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying motivated and productive.A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Benefits
