Nurse Practitioner - Post Acute Care - North Region

Hourly Pay Range : $57.76 - $80.86 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights : Position : Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Post Acute Care Location : Skilled Nursing Facilities in Endeavors north region (Evanston, Swedish Hospital). Full Time / Part Time : Full-Time, 40 hours per week Hours : Monday - Friday between 8 : 00 a.m. and 5 : 00 p.m. Potential for weekend hours in the future No evenings or holidays What you will need : License : Nurse Practitioner (NP) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required Education : Completion of Master's level program in specialty area Certification : BLS / CPR certification required Experience : Minimum of three years Nurse Practitioner experience. Experience with advanced directive and goals of care.
