UX Researcher

A company is looking for a UX Researcher to contribute to its Insights team in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities

Support and execute user research studies to generate insights that inform product decisions

Assist in end-to-end mixed method research activities including interviews, surveys, and usability testing

Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to identify customer pain points and improve the customer experience

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience conducting user research, preferably in fintech or digital companies

Experience with human-centered design techniques and mixed research methods

Strong organizational skills for managing small-to-medium research projects

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
