Accounting Associate

A leading asset management and hedge fund firm in Boston is seeking an Accounting Associate to support corporate accounting, financial reporting, and analysis functions. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong accounting background-particularly those from public accounting or large firms-who are pursuing or have earned their CPA designation.

Compensation :

• Base Salary : $90,000 - $100,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
• Annual Bonus Target : 10-15%
• Retirement : 12% company-funded profit sharing
