Job descriptionRecruit, train, and lead a motivated team of automotive professionals. Mentor your team in best practices for securing deals while providing guidance to improve sales performance Establish sales goals, monitor progress, and inspire your team to achieve and exceed targets Oversee and manage Inventory Provide coaching and training to fellow managers and team members Collaborate directly with the COO Interpreting and understanding departmental accounting documents Uphold exceptional sales and customer service excellence Ensure compliance with required manufacture standards Proven experience in dealership management. Strong leadership abilities with a passion for developing team talent. Energetic and enthusiastic presence throughout the sales workday Goal-oriented and friendly demeanor, especially in negotiations. Detail oriented with sharp problem-solving skills Excellent customer service, communication, computer and basic math capabilities. Clean background, clean driving record, and a valid driver’s license. Foundation knowledge of accounting principles
