We're hiring a Maintenance Technician to start in July , who takes pride in their work, works fast without cutting corners, and thrives on being the go-to person for I can fix that. If that sounds like you, let's talk.

What You'll Do

You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero keeping our student housing community running smoothly :

  • Diagnose & repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and basic electrical issues
  • Patch drywall, paint, and perform basic carpentry and make-ready repairs
  • Get apartments move-in ready during turn season and fast!
  • Be part of the rotating on-call team for emergency repairs
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked maintenance areas
  • Communicate with student residents respectfully and professionally
  • Follow all OSHA and safety protocols always

    • What You Bring

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance or skilled trades
  • Solid experience in HVAC, plumbing, and drywall
  • Student housing or turn experience? Big plus.
  • EPA certification preferred but not required
  • Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and move efficiently
  • Comfort with mobile work order systems and basic technology
  • Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work on a rotating on-call schedule
