The Growth Marketing team is tasked with driving new subscriber acquisition & driving Disney Streaming's profitability business objectives for Disney+ and The Disney Bundle. The team is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel.

The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in growing and scaling a fast-growing, affiliate marketing business in the US and Canada. The successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mindset to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough thinking for this channel. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who wants to be at the forefront of digital innovation and growth. This is a highly collaborative role which will work across the Disney business, as well as high-profile external partners.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in implementing strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, conversion, and efficiency via the global Disney+ affiliate marketing program
• Support operational program management, including creative asset preparation, reporting, and insight aggregation
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams like PR, brand, legal, and media strategy teams
• Regularly analyze data and metrics to identify key opportunities to improve KPI performance, increase program scale, and enhance the efficiency of marketing spend
• Build strategic relationships with key business, analytics, and technology leaders to ensure program and product success
• Identify and recommend new affiliate partners, manage relationships with top performing partners, and implement optimization strategies to maximize partnership effectiveness
• Conduct market research to stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends
• Champion a collaborative work environment that cultivates shared understanding, transparency, autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning
