Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest room areas according to company procedures and standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Stock housekeeping cart with necessary cleaning supplies and amenities.
• Observe knocking procedures before entering guest rooms.
• Clean assigned guest rooms, ensuring amenities are stocked and housekeeping checklist is completed.
• Mark cleaned rooms accurately for supervisor inspection.
• Report damages or hazards in guest rooms.
• Secure guest room doors upon exit.
• Maintain neatness in corridors and service areas.
• Return lost and found items and guest room keys.
• Follow all company policies, safety, and security procedures.
• Know fire prevention and emergency procedures.
• Use protective equipment as required.
• Report unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, or damages to management.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned and assist colleagues as needed.
