Our 12-month North America Executive Trainee Rotational Program is cultivating the next generation of Business Leaders for ofi-North America, providing the launchpad for an exciting career path.

Our Program features :
Organizational Onboarding to the ofi ecosystem - our people, values, operations, and what makes us unique. You will build a strong foundation to thrive within our organization.Business Unit Rotations with real-world experiences in our different business models at our corporate offices and operations facilities across North America. You will take on business-crucial responsibilities and work side-by-side with tenured experts in Planning, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Product Line Management, Manufacturing, Commercialization, and other areas to deliver impactful results.Developmental Support including skill-building classes and courses, mentorship by senior leaders, self-discovery assessments, networking, and timely feedback. You will hone your personal effectiveness, leadership skills, and technical capabilities in a supportive setting.Capstone Project addressing a high-impact challenge or emerging opportunity selected by you and your senior leader mentor. You will showcase your customer-focused mindset, inclusive collaborations, acquired business acumen, innovative thinking, and drive for results as you present your accomplishments to our North America and Business Leader executives.Post-program you will fully transition into a management-level role at one of our North America locations, with full-time responsibilities such as :
Developing and executing account strategies, plans, and forecastsExecuting and improving Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) processesNegotiating and finalizing trading agreementsWorking with cross-functional teams to develop demand-control scenariosMonitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify revenue opportunities and risksDeveloping and maintaining detailed inventory strategiesWorking to reduce cost and improve process efficiencyDeveloping new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying new leads, and making sales presentations to potential customersProviding recommendations to teams coordinating engineering changes, product line extensions, and new product launchesYour Qualifications :
Education & ExperienceMBA from an accredited academic institution required
Additional field of study in Engineering is preferredMinimum 4 years of experience in sales, business development, brand management, planning and sourcing, or business operationsExperience within the food industry and / or food service is a plusSkills and ProficienciesExcellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communications and negotiations
Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels, both internally and externallyStrong self-initiative with an ability to operate at a high level with minimum supervisionStrong leadership skillsExcellent analytical skills and comfortable working with business data in an ever-changing environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and OutlookProficiency in Salesforce, ERP systems, and / or MRP and planning suites (e.g., Demand Caster) is a plusWorksite Eligibility, Presence, and MobilityPre-existing continuous authorization to work within the United States
Full-time (5 days / week) onsite presenceMulti-week stays at different worksites across North America during the ProgramRelocation within the United States for post-program role. Work locations may include :Chicago, IL metro area

The pay for this role ranges from $95,000 – 126, 000 and is based on the position responsibilities and geographic location. Actual pay within this range may be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and / or other determining factors.
