The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will assist patients with their basic needs, such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and administering medications. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities :

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Monitor patients' vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate
• Administer medications and document all medication administration in the patient's chart
• Keep patient rooms clean and tidy
• Help patients with mobility, including using walkers or wheelchairs, and positioning them in beds or chairs
• Record all care provided to patients accurately and timely
• Report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team
• Respond to patient calls in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team
