LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Lawton, Oklahoma. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ED - Emergency Department Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 22 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Qualifications Required :

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma (or compact license).;;
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.;; Preferred / Required within timeframe after hire :
• TNCC and ENPC certifications.;;
• Prior experience in Emergency Nursing, Critical Care, or high-acuity settings.;; Skills & Abilities
• Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills.;;
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.;;
• Excellent communication and teamwork ability.;;
• Competency in trauma care, cardiac care, and stabilizing critically ill patients.;;
• Ability to remain calm and focused during high-stress situations.;; Working Conditions
• Fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department with 36 beds.
• Frequent exposure to trauma and critical illness.
• Requires standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Collaboration with a diverse healthcare team and EMS partners serving the Lawton community and surrounding areas.
