Strategic Leadership For Quality Management
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the quality organization, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer expectations. Develop management commitment and accountability, ensuring quality is embedded in leadership responsibilities and organizational objectives. Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, AS 9100, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, NQA-1, ASTM E543, and other applicable standards. Manage internal audit processes and host external audits, including those conducted by third-party registrars, customers, and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance and readiness. Monitor and communicate quality objectives and performance, providing accurate data, trend analyses, and actionable improvement plans to stakeholders and executive leadership. Oversee document control for quality procedures, technical work instructions, and other quality-related documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Perform regular reviews and analysis of quality data, including failure statistics, incidents, inspections, audits, training, and other reports to ensure data integrity and drive improvement. Serve as the primary escalation point for customer quality concerns, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Communicate with clients regarding quality plans, audits, tenders, and other quality-related requests to support transparency and partnership. Report quality metrics and audit results to executive leadership, offering insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Maintain professional and technical expertise through ongoing education, networking, and participation in industry forums and societies.
