Smashbox Studios is known throughout the industry as a hub for world-class photographers and directors to shoot important content for major magazines, ad campaigns, music & entertainment projects and brand visuals. We are looking for a Studio Equipment Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Ensure a high-end client experience across all productions by collaborating with Bookings and cross-functional teams to manage customer service, equipment, logistics, estimates, and communications.
Respond to client inquiries, create estimates, source equipment, and manage all outgoing and incoming orders with rigorous attention to detail.
Oversee the functionality, organization, and presentation of all studio and equipment areas while managing supplies, budgets, expenses, and accounts payable.
Train and lead equipment staff on testing, packing, and prep protocols while providing clients with technical support for equipment setup and troubleshooting.
Maintain the cyc wall and uphold overall studio presentation standards.
Communicate with clients and team members in a responsive, professional manner across phone, email, and text.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $17-$20 per hour. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
