Key Responsibilities

Analyze patterns and trends for avoidable write-offs focused on clinical workflows

Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions to mitigate systemic issues

Lead projects to reduce avoidable write-offs and facilitate stakeholder meetings

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in project management or revenue cycle operations

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or equivalent experience

Advanced knowledge of clinical operations and payer reimbursement guidelines

Experience with Epic clinical and revenue applications

Strong analytical skills and ability to create project plans
