About the Role :

The Director of Physical Therapy leads and oversees the physical therapy department within a healthcare or social assistance setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care focused on orthopedic rehabilitation. Minimum Qualifications :

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid state license.
• Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in physical therapy with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Specialized knowledge and experience in orthopedics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
