LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Pediatrics NP in New Jersey!

About The Position

We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in New Jersey beginning Oct 6, 2025. This 24-day role involves serving as the main provider with support from medical assistants and offers a flexible schedule, including day shifts Monday through Saturday with varying hours.

  • Friday 9 : 30am-7 : 00pm
  • Saturday 10 : 00am-2 : 00pm
  • Open to various availability in October; more availability is preferred

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the primary provider for pediatric patients during the assignment
  • Collaborate with medical assistants who will complete most preparatory patient work
  • Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and manage treatment plans
  • Provide comprehensive pediatric care within the scope of a nurse practitioner
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with facility protocols

    • Additional Information

  • Must hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey
  • Pediatric experience required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential
