Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to all Salesforce users, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and handling password resets.
- Handle daily administrative and operational tasks, including user management (creating and deactivating users, maintaining roles, and assigning permission sets).
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business users.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and record types.
- Manage data quality and integrity through data uploads, de-duplication, and cleanup procedures using tools like Data Loader and Demandtools.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation for all new processes and system configurations.
- Assist senior analysts and developers in gathering requirements and testing new features and functionality.
- Support user training and the creation of training materials to encourage platform adoption.
- Participate in the testing of new features and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure they are making the most of the platform
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of hands?on experience in a Salesforce support or junior administrator role.Proficiency in navigating the Salesforce platform and understanding core objects (e.g., Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases).Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.Experience with data management tools like Salesforce Data Loader or Import Wizard.Experience with declarative development tools, including creating reports, dashboards, and custom fields.Strong problem?solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Dutch)Other Qualifications
Strong experience in Salesforce automation tools such as Flow Builder.Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable but not mandatory.Fluency in French is considered an advantageKnowledge and experience in Field Service LightningBenefits
