A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to assist with day-to-day HR transactions and improve the candidate and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee data entry and document control using ADP (Workforce Now)
Assist with administrative tasks and maintain employee files with confidentiality
Support the HR Manager and Onboarding Specialist to ensure a favorable new hire experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in an HR professional office setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and efficiently with a strong sense of urgency
Experience with payroll support and employee inquiries
