What You’ll DoCreate Personalized Plans
Evaluate mobility challenges and tailor evidence-based therapy plans
Use proven techniques to restore movement, strength, and daily function
Monitor progress and adjust treatments to drive real results

Coordinate with RNs, OTs, physicians, and caregivers

Active Arizona Physical Therapist license
At least 1 year of home health experience preferred
Excellent clinical judgment, time management, and communication skills
