Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive fault mitigation through intensive monitoring of network data, monitoring network operations, investigating reported alarms and resolving service impacts as they occur.

• Provide proactive fault mitigation through intensive monitoring of network data
• Monitor network operations, investigate reported alarms and resolve service impacts as they occur
• Handle events and work closely with vendors, internal engineering team and data center operations to resolve service issues
• Contribute to development and improvement of operational procedures and documentation
• Focus on continuous improvement of operational policies, practices and tools
• Build and enhance monitoring system
• Participate in on-call duties in a high growth startup environment
