Salary : $20 - $23 hourly

This person is responsible for managing shipping operations, enforcing accuracy and time management, leading and delegating task so as to keep operations flowing smoothly and having excellent communications and proficient with computer software and more.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all shipping - help coordinate documentation, invoices
• Accurately pack & prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Organize and help maintain inventory in the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and scanners.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Perform regular inventory counts and help with cycle counts as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet daily shipping / receiving goals.
• Ensure that lunch breaks are staggered with workers & the floor is always covered
• Exercise excellent communication skills & act as liaison between management, clients, workers
• Quality assurance
