We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to lead our Business Customer Digital Experiences team within Capital One's Small Business Bank. In this role, you will define and drive an agenda to empower Small Business customers with innovative banking experiences within three key domains : Move Money, Track & Manage, and Protect & Resolve. You'll drive both strategy and execution, while shaping our long-term customer experience vision and the next horizon of our integrated growth, modernization, and data strategy. Your role will be equal parts coach, visionary, and problem solver, and you will be responsible for leading a high-impact product team, co-creating a vision for the future, gaining broad stakeholder alignment, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value while knocking down all the things that slow us down.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
