Job Title : Recycling Lead

Job Overview

• Partner with Maintenance / Recycle Manager on all challenges decisions adjustments or changes to be made to ensure that all aspects of the Bobs business plan are considered and followed
• Thoroughly understand Bobs Discount Furniture Company & Department Policies and procedures
• Ensure that department training plan encompasses quality speed and accuracy
• Mentor guide coach and train other Recycling employees in recycling materials safe cleaning and material handling practices
• Provide updates to Managers throughout the day on all day-to-day activities and progress of associates
• Sort materials operate forklift and clamp trucks
• Delegate tasks and follow up
• All other duties as assigned
