Join our team at Courtyards of Chanticleer apartments , in Virginia Beach, VA as a Maintenance Technician II and take the lead on repairs, preventative maintenance, and building operations for our apartment community. This mid-level role is ideal for those with strong technical skills who take pride in creating safe, high-quality living environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
- Lead unit turns, preventive maintenance, and common area upkeep
- Support pool maintenance and safety protocols (CPO preferred)
- Maintain tools, supplies, and grounds to PRG standards
- Handle emergency on-call rotations as scheduled
- Diagnose and troubleshoot building systems
- Track inventory and escalate major repair needs
