Sports Marketing Sr. Analyst

We're looking for a Sports Marketing Sr. Analyst who is equal parts marketer, strategist, and event execution expert. What You'll Do :
- Drive Strategy : Support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that leverage our sports partnerships to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
- Activate Campaigns : Manage the execution of digital and traditional marketing tactics, including media planning, creative development, and campaign launches.
- Event Execution : Assist in the execution of key events across all of Nationwides sports marketing properties. This can include but not limited to planning, working with 3rd party vendors, reviewing contracts, and executing the event on site.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, media, sponsorship teams) to bring campaigns to life.
- Leverage Data : Use customer insights, performance metrics, and market trends to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate ROI.
- Keep Us on Track : Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure everything stays on strategy and on schedule.
What We're Looking For :
Experience : 5+ years in marketing, event management, strategy, consulting, or a related fieldbonus points for experience in sports marketing or sponsorship activation.Skills : Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills. You know how to turn insights into action and ideas into results.Mindset : A team player who's passionate about marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the work done.Travel Required approximately once a month.
This hybrid position is based in Columbus, OH. Candidates will collaborate in office 2 days per week and enjoy the flexibility of remote work the remaining days.

Key Responsibilities :
Assists in the development and execution of plans that ensure long term sustainable growth of the business. Synthesizes data and uses this understanding to help support identification and innovation of business building solutions.Assists with implementation of digital and traditional marketing tactics and media, including creative development process, planning, and execution.Collaborates and assists others on team on creative development and provides specific feedback on look and feel.Assists team by using customer insights and analytics and tools to understand and forecast market, competitor and customer needs and behavior, to help team define appropriate target audiences, evaluate sufficiency, and help effectively get results with data-based decisions.Under supervision, ensures timelines are met to keep programs on schedule.Typical Skills and Experience :
Education : Undergraduate studies in marketing, communications, journalism, advertising or related field preferred.Experience : Typically, three or more years of related professional experience in the marketing, research or development; experience with life / health / annuity, property / casualty insurance or financial services products a plus.Knowledge, Abilities and Skills : Demonstrated understanding of basic marketing practices and procedures. Knowledge of two more marketing fields such as database management, research, marketing campaigns. Prefer familiarity with applicable products / distribution systems. Insurance and / or financial services products and terminology a plus. Command of all skills necessary for verbal and written communications to explain complicated analyses and quantified information. Proven ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and external factors. Ability to set work priorities that conform to established objectives, time frames and accomplish a task in the most effective manner.
