We are hiring for a RN Lead at Meridian General Pediatrics Clinic!
What You Can Expect :
The RN Lead will provide direct patient care while supporting the daily operations and professional development of the care team.
Partner with patients and families in a primary care setting to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
Perform clinical duties including patient triage, rooming, follow-up calls, patient education, vaccine administration, and assisting providers with in-clinic procedures.
Support the clinic team by processing point-of-care testing (POCT), ensuring compliance with POCT sign-offs and annual education requirements.
Collaborate with the Practice Manager on daily operational needs and workflow optimization.
Lead onboarding efforts — create orientation schedules and support new hire training.
Manage TASS scheduling and maintain the team’s PTO calendar.
Serve as the clinic’s Immunization Coordinator and oversee required daily, weekly, and monthly documentation logs.
Provide oversight for the SMART Program and promote continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00-5 : 30p (Wednesdays off) - Occassional weekend shifts.
