The Night Ministry is a Chicago-based nonprofit that provides housing, health care, and human connection to individuals experiencing homelessness or poverty. As a trusted service provider and advocate, we work to meet people where they are-with dignity, compassion, and urgency.
As Manager, Foundation and Corporate Giving, you will play a key role in advancing our mission by cultivating institutional funders, stewarding relationships, and overseeing the grant and reporting process for a growing portfolio of foundation and corporate partners. You'll be instrumental in helping us secure sustainable revenue that supports our direct service programs and long-term strategic goals.

You're a compelling communicator, experienced relationship-builder, and strategic thinker who thrives in mission-driven environments. You bring excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of institutional fundraising best practices.

Physical Demands : This position may require occasional driving, walking, or lifting up to 20 pounds. Visual acuity and standard office equipment use are also part of this role.
Work Environment : You'll primarily work in an office setting, with occasional offsite meetings and fundraising events. Noise and activity levels may vary depending on location.
